Speaker Bio

Susan Roe is currently director of development, food and beverage for Echelon Resorts. Prior to this position she was part of the opening team for Wynn Las Vegas where she worked for four years, most recently as director of food and beverage operations development and training. She also has experience in food and beverage from Bellagio and Rio, as well as experience in education from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. She earned her bachelor's degree in hospitality and tourism management from the University of Wisconsin, Stout and her master's degree in hospitality management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
