Connie Mackay is vice president of human resources for the IP Casino Resort and Spa in Biloxi, Miss. Her responsibilities include overseeing all human resources functions, including employment, compensation, training, guest services, benefits and employee relations. Mackay is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and the Mississippi Epilepsy Foundation Board. She is a graduate of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and the University of Mississippi.
