Mark Temares is the consulting lead for the gaming and hospitality industries at SAS�. Before joining SAS, he was senior vice president at Citigroup, where he created new analytic strategies to leverage customer data for a wide range of hospitality and retail clients. He has been awarded several patents for his pioneering work in this area. Temares is an honors graduate of Yale University and has been a champion on the syndicated game shows Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune.
