John P. Boggs is an employment litigation attorney at Fine, Boggs and Perkins, LLP. He provides preventive training to numerous businesses, as well as trade associations such as the Nevada Hotel and Lodging, the Nevada Restaurant and the California Restaurant Associations. He also advises clients on a wide variety of employment issues, including, pre-employment screening, employee terminations, employment agreements, discrimination and harassment, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, wage and hour laws, collective bargaining negotiations, drug and alcohol testing and workers' compensation issues. Boggs received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and received his jurisdDoctorate from University of the Pacific.

This session will examine a variety of existing regulations and the according options available to casino companies.
