Speaker Bio
Paul Bullis is director of the Arizona Department of Gaming. Bullis previously served as chief of the public advocacy division of the Arizona Attorney General's Office, where he was responsible for consumer protection, antitrust and environmental enforcement. He also has served as chief counsel for the Arizona Corporation Commission and is a former chairman of the Arizona Power Plant and Transmission Line Siting Committee. Bullis received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and his law degree from Georgetown University.

Everyone knows that cooperation is essential to the relationship between casinos, suppliers and regulators. However, sometimes the parties disagree. In all cases, an open dialogue on the issues assists all sides. This seminar places regulators from key and emerging gaming jurisdictions together with industry operators and suppliers to discuss new and recurring issues, common goals and ideas on how to reach them. Practical tips on navigating the process also will be given.
