James F. Allen is chief executive officer of Seminole Gaming, and chairman of Seminole Hard Rock Entertainment, Inc., the parent company of Hard Rock International, one of the world's most recognized brands. Allen developed and is responsible for the operations of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos in Tampa and Hollywood, Fla. Allen is an industry veteran with 30 years experience in executive positions with the Trump Organization, Hilton Hotels and Park Place Entertainment. Allen was senior vice president of property operations for Sun International, where he held senior executive positions at the Mohegan Sun in Connecticut and Atlantis on Paradise Island, Bahamas. Allen previously was a member of the New Jersey Casino Control Commission Task Force on Gaming Regulation. He is a Certified Hotel
