Speaker Bio

Mr. Daniels is Senior Director of Engineering for Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). He began with the company as a Test Engineer in 1999, testing video and reel slot machines for compliance to jurisdictional rules and regulations. Dave was promoted to Senior Director of Engineering in June of 2007 and there are approximately sixty engineers and mathematicians under his supervision in Colorado. These engineers include the team responsible for testing and certifying implementations of GSA protocols, being the first independent test lab recognized by GSA to perform certification testing. Daves responsibilities also include managing the global work load with other Senior Directors in all GLI testing facilities. He also interfaces with regulators and suppliers as needed, intercedes in specific projects when required and consults on high profile projects.
