Kim Macdonald is regional director for Valtera Corporation, TRACOM Group's strategic partner. Macdonald has more than 15 years experience working on projects that involve both HR and technology. He began his career as a compensation data analyst for a leading executive compensation consulting firm. Leveraging his technology experience and academic training, Macdonald has since worked with online pre-employment assessment tools and employee survey solutions. He completed graduate courses at the University of California, Irvine.
