Speaker Bio
Bob Schwieterman is vice president and general manager of the Performance Consulting Division for TRACOM Group. In this role, he focuses on assessing and developing leadership talent and leadership teams, managing performance of staff, and diagnosing and improving employee engagement. While leading this function, Schweiterman has successfully managed projects for a diverse group of clients, including Baxter BioScience, Bombardier Transportation, PHH Arval, NewPage Corporation and Molson Coors. Prior to joining TRACOM, he spent 19 years with LexisNexis Group, serving in a variety of progressively responsible positions. Schweiterman holds a bachelor's degree from Wright State University and a master's degree from Xavier University.
