Speaker Bio
Michael Boettcher is president of Storm International. His responsibilities include strategic decisions, overall management, policies and procedures, design implementation and approval, partner issues, investment control, integrity of all departments and business development. Boettcher's early gaming experience came from working for casinos in Iran, the Bahamas and the United States. Upon founding Storm International, he opened casinos in Kiev, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk and St. Petersburg as well as in Venezuela and Tunisia. As a result of a development program started in early 2007, the company now has expanded into other countries, including Armenia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Germany and India.
