Speaker Bio

Bill Bissett is president of Delaware North Companies Gaming & Entertainment, overseeing the company's seven racing and gaming operations in New York, Arizona, Florida, West Virginia and Arkansas. Throughout the years, Bissett has served as a key adviser to gaming and racing operations because of his experience, expertise, and reputation in the industry. Prior to joining Delaware North, Bissett was executive director of the Illinois Racing Board and held positions at the Supreme Court of Wisconsin and in the Kentucky Attorney General's office. He received a bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a master's degree from Michigan State University.
