Jennifer Carleton is a shareholder in the Las Vegas office of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP, where she counsels gaming clients on a number of corporate and regulatory matters, focusing on the licensing aspects of corporate structuring and transactions, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and public finance. Prior to joining the firm, Carleton served as in-house counsel for the Oneida Casino in Green Bay, Wis., for 10 years. She has been director of the Indian law section of the state bar of Wisconsin for the last eight years and has published articles on Indian law and employment rights in the Marquette Law Journal, the Wisconsin Women's Law Journal and the Illinois Bar Journal.
