corporate clients. He is a managing director and head of Middle Market & Gaming Debt Capital Markets at Wells Fargo Securities. Dennis has worked at Wells Fargo for 16 years and currently manages the syndications and high yield activities within Wells Fargo's Commercial Banking Specialized Industries (Gaming, Environmental Services, Beverage Industries and Agriculture) Community Banking, Business Credit and International groups. Dennis manages five teams based in San Francisco Minneapolis Chicago and Charlotte consisting of approximately 30 professionals. Each team has a geographic and/or business specialization. The professionals on Dennis' teams are generalists except for certain members who specialize in gaming, beverage finance, environmental services, forest products, and agriculture. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Dennis worked as a managing director for Bank of America's Syndications and Corporate Debt Origination groups for 12 years. Dennis earned his B.A. with honors at the University of California Los Angeles and received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
