Speaker Bio

Clinton Ford Billups, Jr. is president of CFB Productions Inc, where he serves as a personal manager and television producer. He has more than 30 years of experience in entertainment, broadcasting and marketing communications. Billups was elected in 2002 as the national president of the National Conference of Personal Managers. A frequent participant at entertainment industry trade events, he has been quoted in publications ranging from "The Wall Street Journal" to "The New Yorker." He is a graduate of Lafayette College and studied business management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He also is a graduate of the Connecticut Police Academy and served as both a municipal and state law enforcement officer.
