Speaker Bio

Luigi Mastropietro is currently the VP of Relationship Marketing for Global Cash Access (NYSE: GCA) headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. Since 1995, Casino Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, Customer Service, Special Events, Database Marketing and Entertainment departments have utilized at least a dozen uniquely designed services to the casino industry that are offered by GCA. The newest product is the Casino Share Intelligence dashboard that has won awards from the Casino Journal as one of the Top 20 Most Innovative Gaming Technology products of 2012. Luigi has been with GCA through ten acquisitions over a span of 26 years. Following the acquisition of Central Credit by Global Cash Access in the fall of 1999, Luigi integrated the Guest Development Services into the Global Cash Access corporate portfolio creating Casino Marketing Services. The services included in the marketing portfolio have proven to be very successful in assisting in the overall marketing strategies for many casino brands over the years. GCAa Casino Marketing Services division is considered a unique, quality resource for prospecting and player acquisition for new casino players and applying marketing & customer service solutions to the Native American and traditional gaming jurisdictions in over 1100 casino locations around the world.
