Matt Sodl is the managing director of Innovation Capital, LLC, a boutique investment bank covering the gaming, hospitality and entertainment industries. Sodl has served in senior banking positions at Merrill Lynch, Schroder Wertheim and Murphy Noell, where he has successfully orchestrated public debt and equity offerings, financial restructurings, merger and acquisition, and private placement transactions for more than 100 clients over the course of his career. Past clients have included public and private gaming operators, both commercial and Native American, as well as equipment providers and suppliers to the gaming industry. Sodl earned his undergraduate degree from Columbia University and a master's in business administration from UCLA.
