Lynne Levin Kaufman is a partner at Cooper Levenson. She practices all aspects of gaming law including licensure,financings,i-gaming,equipment approvals and administrative proceedings for casinos and gaming industry vendors worldwide appearing regularly before the New Jersey Casino Control Commission. She also handles matters relating to skilled gaming and promotional sweepstakes. Her experience includes nine years as Corporate Counsel for a major Atlantic City casino handling regulatory commercial operational and financial issues and performing extensive legal work in connection with the opening and operation of casinos casinos in new jurisdictions. Prior to her work in Atlantic City she worked in corporate and securities law at a major Philadelphia law firm where she received her introduction to casino public stock and debt offerings. Kaufman has appeared as a seminar speaker for G2E,the International Association of Gaming Advisors Conference, the American Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her law degree from Villanova University.
