Ms. Winklers consulting firm, G.H.I. Solutions, Inc. has provided top-level IT consultation and solutions to the gaming industrys leading companies since 2002. Claudia and her team of gaming and hospitality professionals provide their clients with a wide range of IT and general business services including strategic technology planning, business process assessments, comprehensive budget development, system implementation project management, identification of requirements for gap analysis and system selection, new start up and change of control project management and system integration. Ms. Winkler has been a force in business technology since 1988, and she has held key marketing and technology positions with the industrys top names including Boyd Gaming, Caesars Entertainment and Stations Casinos. Ms. Winker is an internationally published author with articles appearing in numerous trade journals, and she is a highly sought speaker for conferences. She has also taught gaming and management at the University of Nevada, Reno. Claudia is an honors graduate from Penn State University.
